AB Primary  Pulmonary  Hypertension  (PPH)  is  a  progressive  disease  characterized  by  raised  pulmonary  vascular  resistance,  which  results  in  impaired  right-heart  function  as  a  consequence  of  the  increased  right  ventricular  afterload  and  occurring  in  the  absence  of  an  identifiable  cause.
