AB Genetic  disorder  characterized  by  distal,  late-onset  myopathy.  The  presenting  feature  is  in  89%  of  cases  weakness  and  wasting  of  the  small  muscle  of  the  hands.  Myotonia  and  sensory  changes  are  not  present.  Does  not  involve  the  heart.
