AB Variant  of  familial  adenomatous  polyposis  (FAP)  characterized  by  benign  growths  of  fibrous  tissue  (hyperproliferation  of  epithelial  mesenchymal  tissues)  that  form  either  spontaneously  or  after  surgery.
