AB One  of  the  mildest  form  of  the  glycogenoses.  It  is  characterized  by  hepatomegaly,  growth  retardation,  elevation  of  glutamate-pyruvate  transaminase  and  glutamate-oxaloacetate  transaminase,  hypercholesterolemia,  hypertriglyceridemia,  and  fasting  hyperketosis.
