AB Isolated  hyperglycinemia  due  to  deficiency  of  the  glycine  cleavage  enzyme  system.  Most  patients  present  in  the  first  week  of  life  with  lethargy,  hypotonia,  and  myoclonic  jerks,  and  often  progress  to  apnea  requiring  ventilator  support.
