AB It  is  an  autosomal  dominant  disorder  that  is  characterized  by  infiltrative  fibromatosis  of  the  mesentery  without  colonic  polyps,  osteomas,  and  sebaceous  cysts.  It  is  known  to  predispose  to  desmoid  tumor  but  its  association  with  colon  cancer  is  unknown.
