The clinical features include always abdominal pain, fatigue, jaundice, very dark urine, and hepatomegalia. The jaundice usually fluctuated in intensity as it is aggravated by intercurrent disease. The pathognomonic sign is the presence of a black liver. The prognosis is excellent.
