Video 19-8: A single B line is present.

From: Critical Care Ultrasonography, Second Edition

The image is obtained using a 3.5 MHz transducer. The transducer is in longitudinal orientation and placed perpendicular to the chest wall to scan through the 8th intercostal space in the mid-axillary line. A few B lines are commonly encountered in this region as a normal finding.
