AB Measures  ratio  of  oxygenated  to  deoxygenated  hemoglobin  (Hb)  using  light-emitting  diodes  (LEDs)  that  emit  light  (red  and  infrared)  of  different  wavelengths  (660  and  940  nm).  Oxygenated  Hb  absorbs  more  infrared  light,  whereas  deoxy-Hb  absorbs  more  red.
